The quickest way to reach the person who builds Mewix is email: hello@mewix.net. Messages are read by a person, usually within a few days.

Reporting a problem with a tool

A useful bug report includes:

• the page address (for example /images/compress)
• your browser and device, such as “Safari on iPhone 15”
• what you expected and what happened instead
• the file type and rough size, if a file was involved

Please don’t attach private documents. Because the tools run on your device, we never see your files — and we’d rather keep it that way. A description or a harmless sample file is enough.

Suggesting a tool

Tell us the job you were trying to get done, not just the tool name. “I need to shrink a scanned PDF under 2 MB for a visa form” is far more helpful than “PDF compressor”. If it can be done well inside a browser, it goes on the list.
